Imperial Industrial Park consists of a 121 acres industrial zoned land in Imperial Valley. The property was originally developed as a cotton processing facility. It has been used for a number of uses, including hay processing, truss manufacturing, dead storage, transloading of raw materials and components for manufacturing in Mexicali, and various agricultural uses. The park can be used, among other things, as an industrial laydown yard, for outdoor staging, and for industrial R&D for both the short and long term.
